Instructions for Using the Form and submitting orders:

 

-Click on the link and save the catalogue file to disk

-Fill in the form on the last page as required

-Save the file again

-Send the file to bwalters@mountaincable.net as an email attachment

 

**Note the file is a Microsoft Word file

 

The form may also be printed and send via post.

Please note the cut-off date for pre-orders is June 6th, and we must have the order form in hand by that date.
